Users wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Eligible balances will be refunded after verification is completed.
Sglt2 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or defect-free platform operation. The platform is provided "as is." sglt2 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses from technical issues, game outcomes, or inability to access the platform.
